Published jointly with The Korean Food Foundation, the new cookbook ’53 Korean Foods You Have to Try’ introduces a variety of Korean foods that are easy to make and rich in nutrition.
The recipes are healthy and deliberately made simple to prepare especially for those attempting to make Korean food for the first time.
This book is divided into seven sections organized around a main ingredients. Most of the ingredients introduced in the book are easily found in most grocery stores. You can also adjust the level of spiciness and saltiness of the seasoning to one’s taste.
